Project Abstract:
(1) Develop a prototype of Dynamic Speed Harmonization with Queue Warning, which is a two-component applications of the Intelligent Network Flow Optimization (INFLO) bundle. (2) Conduct a small-scale demonstration of the prototype. (3) Collect "before" (predemonstration) and "after" (during demonstration) data from the small-scale demonstration.
