Rockhouse Road (Route 15) and Jolly B Road (Route 13) Rehabilitation

Base Schedule - Rockhouse Road (GIS coordinates: 34.56612, -86.84505): Work will include resurfacing with gravel, bank stabilization with riprap and providing drainage improvements.  The road is approximately 11.5 to 13 feet wide and 4.5 miles long. The road can be accessed from County Route 129 from the north/west.

Option - Jolly B Road (GIS coordinates: 34.55400, -86.77774): Work will include resurfacing with gravel and providing drainage improvements. The road is approximately 18 feet wide (road width varies 17-22 feet but for the most part is 18 feet) and 1.43 miles long. The existing pipe culverts are undersized and will be replaced with larger culverts. Some grade raise may be required to provide adequate culvert flowlines. The road can be accessed from County Route 127 from the north/east.
