Kennedy Center Pedestrian/Bicycle Trail Pedestrian Tunnel Access and Safety Improvements, and Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway (Route 16) Rehabilitation

Project Description

Project starts north of inlet bridge along Ohio Drive and ends along Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway at Virginia Avenue NW. Rock Creek Park Trail will be widened from 8 feet to 10-14 feet and there will be spot pavement patches and mill and overlay on Rock Creek Parkway. Work items will include asphalt concrete pavement mill and overlay, full-depth asphalt concrete pavement patching, signing, pavement markings, lighting and other miscellaneous work.
